ATTORNEY PHILIP LOUIS REIZENSTEIN
An attorney since 1986, Phil Reizenstein trained and worked in the Dade County State Attorneys Office under Janet Reno. He worked in the DUI Division, Narcotics Division, and was a Division Chief Prosecutor responsible for the investigation and prosecution of homicides, DUI Manslaughter cases and other serious felonies. He is qualified by the Dade County Court Administrators Office to represent people charged in Capital Homicides.
Phil Reizenstein has lectured to the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys on a variety of topics in criminal law.
ATTORNEY JACKIE WOODWARD
Jackie Woodward received her bachelor's degree from Wellesley College in 1991 and her Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law in 1994. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Massachusetts Bar. Jackie Woodward trained and worked in the DUI/ Traffic/ Misdemeanor Division of the Dade County Public Defenders Office, handling numerous jury trials in those divisions as well as in the Domestic Violence Division. Before forming Woodward and Reizenstein, PA., Jackie worked for three years at the Ticket Defense Team before joining Unger and Kowitt, PA, where she became a partner in 2000.
Jackie is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the American Bar Association. Jackie is the Vice President of Florida Traffic Association Committee. Jackie concentrates her practice in the area of criminal traffic offenses. These types of offenses include driving while license suspended; driving without a valid driver's license; reckless driving; drag racing; leaving the scene of an accident with or without injuries.
